北斗衛星導航系統首次應用于運輸航空

  《中(zhong)國民(min)(min)航(hang)報(bao)》、中(zhong)國民(min)(min)航(hang)網 記者張豐蘩 報(bao)道:12月(yue)25日下午,首架安(an)(an)裝北斗(dou)衛星導航(hang)系統的(de)運輸(shu)飛機在(zai)新疆(jiang)喀什(shen)平(ping)(ping)穩著陸。這是北斗(dou)衛星導航(hang)系統在(zai)中(zhong)國民(min)(min)航(hang)運輸(shu)航(hang)空的(de)首次(ci)應用,實現了基于北斗(dou)的(de)運輸(shu)飛機全(quan)程定(ding)位(wei)和追蹤,對(dui)提升(sheng)民(min)(min)航(hang)安(an)(an)全(quan)水平(ping)(ping)、提升(sheng)民(min)(min)航(hang)國際競爭力和話語權(quan)意義重大。

  本次(ci)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)行(xing)(xing)由(you)波音737-800執飛(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)CA1897從北京至新疆喀什的(de)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)班。按照相關國(guo)際民(min)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)標準(zhun)及(ji)中(zhong)國(guo)民(min)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)有關技術標準(zhun)要(yao)求,加裝(zhuang)了北斗系(xi)統的(de)運(yun)輸飛(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)機以北斗為主要(yao)定(ding)位(wei)信息源(yuan)(兼容(rong)GPS),利(li)用(yong)北斗短(duan)報(bao)文通(tong)信鏈路實現運(yun)輸飛(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)機與地面的(de)自(zi)動信息下(xia)傳,實現了對運(yun)輸飛(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)機在(zai)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)行(xing)(xing)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)的(de)全(quan)(quan)程(cheng)定(ding)位(wei)與追(zhui)(zhui)蹤(zong),主要(yao)追(zhui)(zhui)蹤(zong)內(nei)容(rong)包(bao)括經緯度、高度、時刻、剩余油(you)量(liang)、航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)向等。飛(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)行(xing)(xing)數據結(jie)果表明:北斗定(ding)位(wei)追(zhui)(zhui)蹤(zong)系(xi)統可以在(zai)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)行(xing)(xing)全(quan)(quan)過(guo)程(cheng)全(quan)(quan)天(tian)候進行(xing)(xing)位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)追(zhui)(zhui)蹤(zong);在(zai)330分鐘(zhong)的(de)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)程(cheng)中(zhong),飛(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)行(xing)(xing)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)跡(ji)完整,系(xi)統穩(wen)定(ding)可靠,1分鐘(zhong)以內(nei)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)機位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)報(bao)告(gao)成功率(lv)達98%,3分鐘(zhong)以內(nei)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)機位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)報(bao)告(gao)成功率(lv)達100%,不(bu)僅滿足航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)班追(zhui)(zhui)蹤(zong)定(ding)位(wei)4D/15的(de)要(yao)求,而(er)且為下(xia)一步(bu)開(kai)展基于4D/1要(yao)求的(de)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)空器自(zi)動遇險追(zhui)(zhui)蹤(zong)(ADT)奠定(ding)了堅實的(de)技術基礎。

  驗證飛(fei)行匯(hui)報會(hui)指出,此次首飛(fei)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)功(gong)是(shi)北(bei)(bei)(bei)斗在(zai)(zai)民航(hang)(hang)應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)一個重(zhong)要(yao)階段性成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)。推(tui)進北(bei)(bei)(bei)斗在(zai)(zai)民航(hang)(hang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)使用(yong)(yong)(yong),是(shi)落(luo)實習近平總書記“一個體(ti)系(xi)(xi)、三個能力”重(zhong)要(yao)批(pi)示精神的(de)(de)(de)舉措,是(shi)構筑基于(yu)自主知識產權的(de)(de)(de)航(hang)(hang)空(kong)器追蹤監控(kong)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)(de)基礎,是(shi)建(jian)立(li)北(bei)(bei)(bei)斗系(xi)(xi)統(tong)應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)國際化(hua)標(biao)準(zhun)的(de)(de)(de)需要(yao)。會(hui)議強調,各單(dan)位要(yao)高度重(zhong)視,積極推(tui)進后(hou)續加(jia)改裝工作,確保項目(mu)目(mu)標(biao)如期(qi)實現;及時(shi)開展示范(fan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)提(ti)煉,形成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)北(bei)(bei)(bei)斗技術運用(yong)(yong)(yong)、飛(fei)機改裝、航(hang)(hang)電設備(bei)制造等(deng)方面的(de)(de)(de)標(biao)準(zhun)和應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)方案(an),助力項目(mu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)(guo)在(zai)(zai)全(quan)行業推(tui)廣并走向國際;研究制定(ding)全(quan)運輸(shu)機隊應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)北(bei)(bei)(bei)斗系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)政策(ce),推(tui)進基于(yu)北(bei)(bei)(bei)斗的(de)(de)(de)航(hang)(hang)空(kong)器追蹤定(ding)位在(zai)(zai)全(quan)民航(hang)(hang)普及運用(yong)(yong)(yong);在(zai)(zai)完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)定(ding)位與追蹤功(gong)能的(de)(de)(de)基礎上(shang),更(geng)要(yao)全(quan)力探索北(bei)(bei)(bei)斗系(xi)(xi)統(tong)導航(hang)(hang)功(gong)能在(zai)(zai)民航(hang)(hang)的(de)(de)(de)應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)。

  近年(nian)(nian)來(lai),民航(hang)局積極推動北(bei)(bei)斗(dou)在運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)飛(fei)(fei)機應用(yong)(yong),相繼(ji)出臺《中國民航(hang)航(hang)空器追(zhui)蹤(zong)監控(kong)(kong)體系建設實(shi)(shi)施路線(xian)圖(tu)》《中國民航(hang)北(bei)(bei)斗(dou)衛星導航(hang)系統應用(yong)(yong)實(shi)(shi)施路線(xian)圖(tu)》。根據北(bei)(bei)斗(dou)在運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)飛(fei)(fei)機的應用(yong)(yong)計劃,到2023年(nian)(nian)底前,將(jiang)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)民航(hang)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)飛(fei)(fei)機全(quan)(quan)部具備基于北(bei)(bei)斗(dou)的定(ding)位與追(zhui)蹤(zong)能力(li),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)航(hang)班(ban)全(quan)(quan)球追(zhui)蹤(zong)自(zi)主可(ke)控(kong)(kong)、北(bei)(bei)斗(dou)定(ding)位與追(zhui)蹤(zong)設備研制自(zi)主可(ke)控(kong)(kong);到2035年(nian)(nian),將(jiang)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)中國民航(hang)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)飛(fei)(fei)機使(shi)用(yong)(yong)北(bei)(bei)斗(dou)進行(xing)自(zi)主導航(hang)。

  此次“北斗衛星導航系統在運輸飛機應用示范項目”由中國國際航空股份有限公司、中國民航大學負責實施,中電科航空電子有限公司、航天恒星科技有限公司等單位提供技術支持。下一步,民航將繼續對19架飛機進行加改裝北斗定位與追蹤設備,共涉及9架波音737飛機、10架空客A320飛機,同時將根據積累的驗證飛行數據,開展基于北斗的航班追蹤性能統計與分析,為后續批量加改裝北斗系統提供技術、數據支持。
